Koch earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University, a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from CLU in 1996, a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Administration from CLU in 2001 and completed her clear administrative credential with Cal Lutheran in 2000.  She served as a classroom teacher in St. Louis and Simi Valley, Assistant Principal in LVUSD and Simi Valley, and Principal in Simi Valley Unified School District. She retired from SVUSD in 2012. For the past nine years, she has served as a Field Supervisor for CLU in the PDS Program.
