Data Request Form

The Office of Educational Effectiveness and Institutional Research strives to provide the Cal Lutheran community with data needs.  If you are unable to find the data you are looking for in the Cal Lutheran Fact Book or reports on our main website, please complete all sections of the data request form.

All information produced by the Office of Educational Effectiveness and Institutional Research are confidential and protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). For convenience, the Registrar’s office provides an outline of the act on their website. It is the responsibility of the requesting party to understand and agree to these protections prior to submitting any request. 

Due to the large volume of requests and mandatory reporting, we ask that you submit your data request at least one to two weeks prior to when the data are needed.  Time allotted for data request completions depend on the complexity of the request and availability of staff.
