I think the biggest inspiration I’ve received from a class here was Computer Graphics with Dr. Reinhart. We utilized Linear Algebra tricks to perform some pretty cool graphical manipulations. The math and programming behind them required time and patience, but it was very worth while.

The Computer Science program taught me essential problem solving, troubleshooting, math, and SQL coding skills that I use on a daily basis in my position. I train clients on how to use the budgeting and forecasting module in Yardi Systems' software, an accounting platform used to keep record of leases, expenses, and budgets. I also use my SQL skills to help prepare SQL packages that fix errors in the clients’ software.
