Transfer Registration Day
All incoming transfer students are required to attend Transfer Registration Day in order to register for courses. We recommend that you sign up for your Transfer Registration Day appointment as early as possible, to allow for greater course availability and registration options.
Transfer Registration Day for Fall 2026
For incoming students transferring for the upcoming academic year, Transfer Registration Day will take place on various dates throughout the summer.
Important Guidelines:
- Please note that you are required to submit your $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit before registering for courses.

About Transfer Registration Day
We are excited you will be starting the next step of your college journey with us next semester! At Transfer Registration Day, you will meet with an academic adviser and pick your courses for the upcoming academic year. Please review the following information to best prepare for you for Transfer Registration Day!
What to Know
- You will arrive to campus at a pre-assigned time slot for your Transfer Registration Day advisement.
- The $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit will need to be submitted before registering for classes. Visit your Next Steps page to pay your enrollment deposit.
- You will receive an email confirmation for your selected Transfer Registration Day date, confirming your assigned appointment time. This confirmation will be sent to you no later than the Friday before your selected event date.
- Please be mindful to present any anticipated scheduling conflicts to your assigned adviser. (i.e. work conflicts, student athlete related conflicts, etc.)
- Appointments are for students only. Parents, guardians, spouses, etc. are not permitted in the Transfer Registration Day session.
Cancellations/Changes
If you need to cancel or make a change to your registration, please contact the Transfer Admission team as soon as possible at transfer@CalLutheran.edu.
Preparation Tips
- Submit official final transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admission showing the latest transferable coursework ahead of time.
- Prepare any questions you may have for your faculty mentor or academic adviser, regarding your courses.
