A Celebration of Academic Excellence

The Community Scholars for Black Lives Fellowship Program, along with its community partners, will host its annual culmination and recognition ceremony highlighting achievements of the 2024/2025 cohort and college-bound high school students engaged in social advocacy.

The keynote speaker will be Jamelle Brown, PhD, urology post-doctoral research fellow at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. The welcome reception will begin at 12:45 p.m., followed at 1:30 p.m. by the program and awards ceremony.
