Veterans Day Celebration
Honoring our military service members
Join the Ahmanson Veterans Resource Office this Veterans Day in honoring the brave servicemen and women who have served our country. Students, staff, veterans, dependents, faculty and community members are welcome to connect, share memories and express heartfelt thanks over music, food and fellowship.
We look forward to bringing our school and community together to honor our veterans and celebrate all they have done for our country. We hope to see you all there!
The guest speaker will be James Espinoza, a six-year U.S. Army veteran, retired 20-year law enforcement leader and co-founder and director of the Veteran Mentor Project, Inc. He is a public speaker, public policy advocate and mentor to transitioning veterans and survivors of suicide loss. He holds a master’s of science in law enforcement and public safety leadership from the University of San Diego and is a Resilience Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) and Authorized Training Partner.
This event is part of the Veterans Office series.
