About
I earned my BA and MA in English from Azusa Pacific University (APU). I worked in writing centers for over 5 years, serving undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, faculty, staff, native English-speakers, and non-native English speakers in a vast array of subjects. I have led over 1650 writing sessions, helping clients improve their written works in nursing, business, education, kinesiology, music, theology, psychology, scholarship applications, graduate school applications, personal statements, and more. I've taught English 101 at colleges and universities in California and Arizona, and I continue to work especially with first-generation undergrad and grad students. I also work as a freelance dissertation editor to doctoral students all around the country.
