Dr. Joy Springer is a career educator with extensive expertise in teacher training and educational structures across both PK-12 and higher education systems. With California Teaching and Administrative Credentials, a Master’s Degree in Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Dr. Springer is deeply committed to recruitment and retention initiatives within educational communities, emphasizing compassionate, wellness-centered support systems. With over 25 years of experience teaching students from Kindergarten through graduate school in both virtual and in-person settings, she currently serves as the Executive Director of Educator Support at the Ventura County Office of Education. Dr. Springer is also dedicated to enhancing instructional quality and ensuring educational access for all students, actively contributing to programs aligned with these values.
