She specializes in organization transformation, learning and development, and brand strategy, helping companies unlock sustainable growth and cultural alignment.
A proven collaborator and strategic leader, Kristen has guided cross-functional initiatives in 23 countries, driving innovation and business transformation for global brands. She also serves as an Adjunct MBA Professor at California Lutheran University, where she mentors emerging business leaders.
