Expertise
Currently, Rachel sees clients in private practice, with a specialized focus on treating eating disorders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and developmental trauma. Rachel utilizes her knowledge of the eating disorder treatment landscape and associated barriers to treatment to support clients in creating a plan of care that is individualized and attuned to their specific needs, including for those with chronic eating disorders. In her clinical work, Rachel works with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, and integrates systemic, skills-based, and somatic interventions to support clients in shifting distressing patterns and moving toward healing.
