CLU to Participate in New Program with British Educators

Educational leaders from London will visit Thousand Oaks campus

(THOUSAND OAKS, CA – February 2007) – Three representatives from the London Centre for Leadership in Learning will visit California Lutheran University on Tuesday, Feb. 20, to participate in a series of events including a special lecture. The visit is part of a collaborative effort to develop a new program focusing on educational leadership.

British educators Hilary Street, Patricia Clark and Linda Bamford will work with the faculty and administrators from the Schools of Education at CLU, Loyola Marymount University and the University of Southern California to develop a program of international partnerships and activities that will ultimately benefit credential, master’s and doctorate degree candidates. The group will discuss curriculum enhancements as well as theories and practices in educational leadership.
