1. Access to Buildings
- Use your Cal Lutheran employee ID card for entry
- Please contact Campus Safety Office at 805-493-3208 for assistance if needed.
- You can also contact your department's Administrative Assistant for questions.
2. Office Hours Schedule
- Office hours schedules for adjunct faculty are on a first come, first served basis. Check with your department's Administrative Assistant about the process to reserve.
- Note: Gilbert Sports & Fitness Center and William Rolland Art Center (WRAC) locations require keys issued by the department.
- For any scheduling, facility, or room concerns, please reach out directly to your
department Chair/Program Director.
