Your supervisor will provide details. Most new hires begin at their department’s office unless otherwise directed.

Please bring original, unexpired documents from the List of Acceptable I-9 Documents. Copies or photos cannot be accepted.

You’ll receive a link to PeopleAdmin via email. Once your account is active, log in through MyCLU/eMAP.

Your time card can be found on MyCLU under Employee Resources.

Your direct supervisor reviews and approves your timecard.

Please contact your supervisor and Payroll immediately to avoid paycheck delays.

Benefits begin on the first day of the month following your hire/start date.

Yes. Eligible employees may receive tuition benefits. Details are available on the Benefits page.

Visit Campus Safety on your first day. Bring a government-issued ID or your Cal Lutheran employee ID number (contact Human Resources if needed).

Campus Safety will assist with building access and keys as needed.

Yes. Complete the Personal Information Change form on the Forms & Documents page of the Human Resources website. If you move to a new state, notify Human Resources and Payroll immediately and complete this form.
