There are parallels to be drawn from any global conflict, from strategies of force to rhetoric in media most international conflicts while multifaceted and important in their own right share various similarities with one another. The current conflict in Palestine is a prime example of how media and international economic ties can sway and impact billions of citizens' opinions. While the ongoing fight between Israel and Palestine has been occurring for decades it has only recently come to the media’s attention. Propelled by the International Court of Justice case made against Israel by South Africa, this case not only brings attention to the genocide of Palestinian people. But also marks an important moment in history in which the larger global community shows solidarity with Palestinians a group that has historically been overlooked and silenced. This is why I will be exploring the Geopolitical implications and potential legal ramifications of South Africa's International Court of Justice (ICJ) case against Israel. As well as how this case reflects broader trends in international law, diplomacy, and human rights advocacy.

This study examines the significance of integrating redistributive justice principles into international humanitarian law on the topic of global socio-economic disparities. It investigates how this integration can foster a more equitable distribution of resources and thus increasing opportunities worldwide. By analyzing the intersection of redistributive justice and human rights, this research sheds light on the potential to address systemic inequalities and promote social justice on a global scale.Furthermore, this study explores innovative legal frameworks through international organization such as the United Nations that are designed to protect and promote individuals' rights in the pursuit of contentment. It delves into the development of legal mechanisms, like treaties, that not only safeguard fundamental human rights but also facilitate conditions conducive to personal fulfillment and well-being. The research includes an exploration of an index developed by the author to measure the opportunity for sustainable pursuit of contentment. Through an interdisciplinary approach drawing on legal, socio-economic, and philosophical perspectives, this research aims to contribute to ongoing discussions on enhathe diverse needs and aspirations of individuals worldwide.

Turkey has been trying to implement reforms for individual freedom since the late Ottoman period when Sultan Mahmud II brought many reforms to increase freedom of press and expression. But, while nearly every government that came to rule promised to increase freedom, all of them did not keep their promise because of internal conflict and false promises to get voters. The goal of my project is to understand the history of freedom in Turkey and how it evolved throughout the nations turbulent environment, and how the rule of Erdogan changed freedom levels more than it ever did. To find results, I researched all the laws enacted and institutions that were established throughout Turkey's history since the 19th century that might have affected the levels of freedom. I also analyzed how foreign and internal conflicts and the personality and leadership style of the head of the nation affected freedom levels.
