Making your Financial Aid experience as easy as possible is important to us. For convenience and data safety, all documents our office collects are uploaded through a secure online link.
Forms Portal
- Students: Login to My Forms
- Please log into this portal using your MyCLU credentials. Once logged in you will be able to track the status of your submitted and pending forms.
- Parents: Login to My Forms
- Once your student gives you access, please log in using the information you provided
on your student's FAFSA. Once your section is completed, our office will be able to
process the form.
