Degree Completion Review
Once your degree requirements are completed, a timeline is launched for your degree to be conferred and posted (i.e., it appears on your academic transcript), and for you to receive your diploma.
2024-2025 Timeline
Degrees are conferred and posted at five (5) points during the year.

Important Notes
¹Term of Degree Completion is the term/semester you plan to complete your final requirements (includes incomplete work, courses taken outside of Cal Lutheran), exams, etc.)
²Conferral date is the date recorded on your transcript signifying when your degree was officially recognized. All requirements must be met by this date.
³The degree posting period begins on the conferral date and lasts 30-44 days. The degree must be posted in order for the details to appear on your academic transcript. Prior to ordering an academic transcript, we recommend that you wait until you receive official communication of confirmation of your degree conferral your Cal Lutheran email address.
