Get Your Diploma
The final step in the graduation process is to receive your diploma — approximately 60-90 days after your degree has been conferred. Delays occur when you have not paid your graduation fee or you have a current Business Office hold on your Student Account.
See below for details about each diploma format: Paper and Certified Electronic.
Paper Diploma
Overview
- When you apply to graduate, the Diploma Mailing Address that is entered on the degree application will be used to delivery your paper diploma. This address may be different from the address listed on your official record.
- If you need to update the Diploma Mailing Address, contact Academic Services and submit the request in writing no later than 30 days after the Degree Conferral Date. Please note that changing the Diploma Mailing Address will not automatically change the address listed on your official record and vice-versa; these are two separate addresses.
- Diplomas are mailed via USPS.
Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma)
Overview
- The Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma) is included with your paper diploma order.
- It more than a paper credential — the CeDiploma is an official, secure and verifiable PDF version of your accomplishment!
- A credential may not be available for all conferral dates. See Academic Services for purchasing options or cecredentialtrust.com for more information.
- An Apostille may neither be required nor necessary. The CeDiploma has legal standing, is non-repudiating, and can be validated below to provide absolute confidence in the credential’s authenticity.
