Krystal Rhaburn
Executive Communications Manager, The Walt Disney Company

Krystal Rhaburn works for The Walt Disney Company as an Executive Communications Manager at the Disneyland Resort. In her role, she is responsible for developing and producing communications on behalf of the most senior leaders at the Resort, including presentations, conference appearances, videos, speeches, social media posts and other digital and short-form content. Overall, she acts as a consultant and strategic thought partner to senior leadership and business partners to provide insight into audience needs and proactively shape communications. Previously, she was on the Internal Communications team where she provided critical information to cast members as well as crafted and executing comprehensive communication plans to showcase the culture and environment of the Disneyland Resort through storytelling on both internal and external communication channels. 

Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Krystal gained experience with multiple public relations, marketing and communications agencies. In these roles, she managed and supported global communications campaigns, executive thought leadership/visibility, influencer partnerships and impactful benchmarking research. Krystal graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations & Advertising from California Lutheran University in 2019. While at Cal Lutheran, she was involved with ASCLUG, Black Student Union, Sister’s Circle, Student Support Services, Presidential Hosts, Student Ambassadors, The Echo, Student Life, Residence Life, and more … and was the Treasurer, Vice President and eventually President of PRSSA.

Holly Zeiger
Recruiter-Talent Aquisition, Disney General Entertainment Content

Holly Zeiger is a Cal Lutheran Grad (Class of '12) and currently working as a Recruiter within The Walt Disney Company. She supports Disney General Entertainment Content, and handles the recruitment efforts for Executive Assistant/Coordinator roles in the creative space across all Disney Television brands. Prior to recruitment, Holly spent 9 years working in unscripted development at various studios including: Dickhouse Entertainment, ABC Entertainment and Disney+.

Makenna Alter
Addressable Sales Planner, The Walt Disney Company

Makenna Alter is a Cal Lutheran alumni who graduated in Spring 2021 with a B.S Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. She currently holds the role of an Addressable Sales Planner at The Walt Disney Company, where she focuses on drafting media plans for various agencies across the country. Primarily working with Hulu based business, Makenna plans all media campaign logistics whether it be pulling availability based on in-house inventory, analyzing the scale and reach of a campaign, placing specific targeting parameters based on client requests, and calculating impressions to reach total desired budget spend. 

 In addition to the general planning responsibilities, Makenna has embraced her passion for Training & Development with training all new hires in her own division. Her future with Disney will continue on with the DAS - Disney Advertising Sales side of the business, and she is eager and excited to see what her future holds with this great company. 

Tetteh Canacoo
Marketing Strategy Specialist with the ABC Entertainment Marketing Team, The Walt Disney Company

Tetteh Canacoo works as a Marketing Strategy Specialist with the ABC Entertainment Marketing team. In this role, he develops and implements marketing strategies for scripted and unscripted shows, specials, and prosocial campaigns. Previously, he was a Creative Associate in the ABC Entertainment Executive Incubator Program, which aims to nurture and advance the next generation of Network executives. He began his career with The Walt Disney Company as an intern in the Casting Department. In 2017 he was promoted to casting assistant, supporting the Vice President of ABC Talent and Casting. In that role, he assisted with several vital programs for ABC Discovers, a host of casting initiatives that create powerful opportunities for underrepresented groups to be discovered and recognized.
