What’s the best part about working in the Writing Center?
I love connecting with students and figuring out how to utilize their talents to get the best product possible!

What has been your best tutoring experience so far?
I've made some friends through some graduate students making repeat appointments and that has been really great!

What are your writing strengths or areas of expertise?
I love to look for what needs elaborating and what needs to be more concise. Page counts are a fun challenge! I also know APA style and citations very well.

What do you want to do after you graduate? 
I'll hopefully be a clinical psychologist, working with children and teens!

Current Favorite Food?
Always dessert- right now, it's anything mochi related!

Current Favorite TV Show/Movie? 
I'm currently watching the Bachelor and Married at First Sight right now, but I love all reality TV equally

What has been your best tutoring experience so far?
I have a recurring client who shows me a lot of his graduate presentations. They are always engaging and entertaining, so I really enjoy working with and learning from him!

What are your writing strengths or areas of expertise?
As an English major, I love literary analysis and argumentative essays. In any kind of writing, though, I consider my strengths to be grammar and flow.

What do you want to do after you graduate? 
I want to become an editor for a publishing company, preferably working with fiction novels.

Any kind of pie, except banana cream.

Madi (she/her) is an undergraduate junior majoring in Multimedia with an emphasis in animation and motion graphics. Her goal is to work in pre-production in the animation industry. As a consultant, Madi’s strengths include brainstorming creative topics, organization, and answering all questions to meet the criteria for any given project.
