- Why people give: The psychology of fundraising
- Building a board fundraising menu
- Helping board members take leadership and hold each other accountable
Learning outcomes – Participants will learn how to:
- Address and reduce the fear of fundraising
- Facilitate training exercises to build board comfort and skill
- Create appropriate expectations for themselves and their volunteer board members
- Prioritize relationships as strategy for raising more money
Audience: Development/fundraising staff; executive directors/CEOs; nonprofit board members; consultants and other capacity builders.
