60 days before the start of your first term	Submit the FAFSA Cal Lutheran’s school code 001133
March - May	Student Aid Offers Released for Upcoming Aid Year Aid offers will be released as our office receives FAFSA and CADAA applications. To ensure your aid offer is not delayed, be sure to submit it by the Cal Grant priority deadline on March 2nd. For First- Year Students Regular Decision FAFSA filers released in March For Transfer Students Regular Decision FAFSA filers released in April For Continuing Students FAFSA Filers released early May
30 days before the start of your first term	Submit Requested Documentation Check your Self-Service portal to see if you have any outstanding items.
Atleast 30 days before the start of your first term	All Checklist Items Must Be Completed Sign in to Self-Service to see if you have any outstanding items.
10 days prior to the end of the term	Loan Processing Deadline To receive federal student loans for a term, all required application steps must be completed at least 10 business days before the term ends.

Important Billing Information

Please note that tuition statements are only generated in CLUPay once you have officially enrolled in classes. Because Bachelor's Degree for Professional Students are billed per credit, your statement balance is determined by the specific number of units you are registered for in any given term. Once enrolled, you can view your statement via CLUPay.

August	Term 1 Financial Clearance (Payment Deadline) All required forms have been signed/completed and your Term 1 balance is paid. Don't Forget About Student Account Deadlines Learn more about Student Account Deadlines such payment plan deadlines, term start/end dates and more!
September	Term 1 Disbursement After the Add/Drop period, if all necesasry action items have been completed, your Financial Aid will be applied to your balance. Term 1 Refunds Within 14 calendars days of your disbursement any excess financial aid will be refunded. Sign up for an e-Refund to have any refunds sent directly to your bank account on CLUpay.
September	Term 2 Statements Available Via CLUPay Learn more about how to pay your account statement on the Student Accounts website.
October	Term 2 Financial Clearance (Payment Deadline) All required forms have been signed/completed and your Term 2 balance is paid. Don't Forget About Student Account Deadlines Learn more about Student Account Deadlines such payment plan deadlines, term start/end dates and more!
November	Term 2 Disbursement After the Add/Drop period, if all necesasry action items have been completed, your Financial Aid will be applied to your balance.
