Peer Support
Feeling overwhelmed? You're not alone.
Whether it’s academic stress, social pressures, or just trying to figure it all out,
college can feel like you’re carrying a lot on your own. But you don’t have to — the
Peer Support program is here to help, because no one should face the challenges of college life alone.
What is the Peer Support program?
It’s a no-judgment space where you can talk to someone who understands the challenges of college life. Our trained peer support team are here to offer a listening ear, guidance, and resources to help you handle whatever’s on your plate. Whether you need help with stress, study tips, or just someone to talk to, we’re here for you.
Why reach out?
- You’re Not Alone: Everyone struggles from time to time, and talking to someone who gets it can make a huge difference.
- No Judgment: Your peer supporter is there to listen and help, without judgment. What you share stays private.
- Real College Students, Real Support: Our peer supporters are fellow students who know what it’s like to juggle classes, relationships, and the ups and downs of college life.
- No Problem Is Too Small: Whether you’re dealing with homework stress, feeling homesick, or just need a sounding board, we’re here to help you find solutions.
How it works:
- One-on-One Conversation: You can meet with a peer supporter one-on-one in person, or virtually—whichever feels most comfortable for you.
- Flexible and Personalized: You choose a peer who can relate to what you're going through, whether it's adjusting to college life, managing stress, or navigating a tough situation.
- Safe and Judgment-Free: This is a space where you can be yourself—no pressure, no expectations. Just honest support from someone who cares.
