Planning to live on campus? Here's what you need to know to apply for housing.

Important information to note:
Residency Policy
Full-time students (those who have 12 or more units per semester) enrolled in a traditional
undergraduate program are required to live on campus through their Junior year (90
or more units).

Housing Cancellation Policy
If you decide not to attend, you may receive a refund of the $400 housing deposit
if you cancel by emailing reslife@CalLutheran.edu up to July 1 (for academic year applications) or by January 2 (for spring semester
applications).

Note: If you are an incoming first-year or transfer student for Fall 2025 and are having trouble finding your housing application, please note that it takes approximately 2-3 business days for your enrollment deposit to be processed and the housing application to become available on your portal. If it has been more than 2-3 business days and you still cannot access your application, please contact Residence Life at reslife@CalLutheran.edu or 805-493-3220.
