Who’s eligible for benefits?
Regular employees working at least 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE or greater) are eligible.
When does benefit coverage begin?
Coverage begins on the 1st day of the month following your hire (or immediately, if employed the 1st).
Which dependents can you cover?
- Legal spouse or registered domestic partner
- Children up to age 26 (biological, adopted, stepchildren, or legal guardianship)
- Disabled dependents over age 26, if medically certified and primarily supported by you
