The first 120 days at Cal Lutheran are all about building momentum and finding your
place in our community. These initial months are designed to help you feel supported,
connected, and ready to thrive as part of our vibrant university community.In your first month, you’ll focus on the essentials — getting settled into your role, completing required onboarding steps, and connecting with your supervisor and team.
As you move into your second month and beyond, you’ll begin expanding your network,
exploring the many resources available to you, and getting more involved in campus
life. By the time a few months have passed, you'll feel an increased sense of confidence
in your responsibilities and how your work contributes to Cal Lutheran’s mission.
And by Day 120, your first performance review will give you the chance to reflect
on your progress, celebrate successes, and set goals for the future.
