By four months in, you should feel more confident in your responsibilities and how your work contributes to Cal Lutheran’s mission. You’ll also complete your first performance review at 120 days, which is an opportunity to reflect on your experience so far.

Checklist of goals:
  • Participate in your 120-day performance review with your supervisor.
  • Discuss what’s going well and where you may need additional guidance or resources.
  • Attend campus events or consider getting more involved in volunteering, committees, or other activities.
  • Share feedback with Human Resources about your onboarding experience.
  • Continue building and strengthening relationships across campus.
