Day 30-60: Building Connections

During your second and third months at Cal Lutheran, you’ll continue settling into your role, learning about your department, and expanding your connections across campus.

Checklist of goals:

• Schedule a 60-day check-in with your supervisor to discuss your experience so far and ask questions.
• Attend at least one campus event, workshop, or employee resource group activity to meet colleagues outside your department.
• Explore available wellness, recreation, and employee support programs.
• Schedule an optional benefits follow-up or retirement information session, if needed.
• Review additional employee benefits and campus resources.
