Partnering With Us
Student Requests
If you are a student or student organization that is interested in partnering with the Center for Cultural Engagement and Inclusion on a program/event, please see below for steps.
- Complete a programming request at least a month prior to your intended program date. You should include the date, time, location, description of your event, and funding request. This gives us enough time to help support you in your planning! Please note: programs and events must uplift the mission of the CCEI and be rooted in social justice, diversity, inclusion, and/or equity.
- Once your request is reviewed you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to set-up an appointment to discuss your program/event.
- Whoever you meet with will be your point person for your program/event. They will help support your marketing efforts, room reservations, budgeting plan, and any other questions or concerns throughout the planning and implementation process.
For larger programs/event partnership requests submitted by registered student organizations that will need additional monetary support above $300, we highly encourage you to submit a budget request to ASCLUG for additional funding. We are happy to support you through this process.

Staff and Faculty Requests
If you are a staff or faculty member or department that is interested in partnering with the Center for Cultural Engagement and Inclusion on a program/event, please see below for steps.
- Send an email to Sarah Garcia, Assistant Director of Student Life at least a month prior to your intended program/event date. You should include the date, time, location, description of your event, and funding request in your email.
- Once your request is reviewed you will receive a confirmation email from one of the CCEI staff members. We will ask you to set-up an appointment to discuss the program or event and how we can best support the planning and implementation. Please note the Center takes an active part in the planning and implementation process for all events and programs we sponsor.
Programs and events must align with the mission of the CCEI and be rooted in social justice, diversity, inclusion, and/or equity.
