Join the Theatre Arts Department for a thought-provoking play directed by Christine Cummings. The Laramie Project is a powerful, emotionally gripping play that explores the aftermath of the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard, a young gay man in Laramie, Wyoming.
A Talk Back Panel will take place after the performance on Friday, Oct. 17.
Tickets are $10; free for Cal Lutheran students, faculty and staff. Donations will be accepted to support the Theatre Arts Program.
Warning: This play contains mature themes, triggering language and descriptions of violence, including hate crimes, homophobia and prejudice, that may be upsetting to some audience members. Viewer discretion is advised. Recommended for audiences ages 14 and up.
