Exit Interview

As part of your transition out of Cal Lutheran, you are invited to participate in an exit interview. This is a confidential opportunity to share feedback about your experience.

How it works:

• Exit interviews are typically scheduled during your final week of employment. 
• You may choose to meet virtually or in person with a member of Human Resources.
• Topics may include your reasons for leaving, your experience at Cal Lutheran, and any suggestions for improvement.
