Final Paycheck

Final wages, including accrued unused vacation, are provided on your last day if employment ends by Cal Lutheran or if you resign with at least 72 hours’ notice; otherwise, they are available within 72 hours of resignation.

W2 Forwarding

If your address changes from what was entered on your Final Paycheck Acknowledgement, please contact Human Resources as soon as possible.

COBRA Continuation

Eligible employees will receive a COBRA packet with instructions for continuing health coverage.

Benefits-Related Materials

Depending on eligibility, you may receive documents such as the EDD For Your Benefit notice, the Lincoln EAP brochure, and insurance conversion forms.
