Alumnus represented Austria at signing ceremony with U.S. Secretary of Labor
Together with Austrian Federal Minister for Digital and Economic Affairs, Margarete Schramboeck and Austrian Federal Minister of Labor, Martin Kocher, alumnus Mario Derntl (Executive MBA in Austria '20, Managing Director, Zukunft Lehre Oesterreich) recently represented Austria at a signing ceremony with U.S. Secretary of Labor, Marty Walsh. The ceremony, which took place at the North Carolina subsidiary of Egger, an Austrian company that recently made one of the largest foreign direct investments in the United States in Austria's history, celebrated the signing of an agreement between the U.S. and Austria on the implementation of the Austrian model of dual education / apprenticeships in the United States.
