Center for Economic Research and Forecasting Holding Annual Conference
On Thursday, February 20th, 2025 (Scherr Forum, Civic Arts Plaza, Thousand Oaks, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. with networking from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.), our Center for Economic Research and Forecasting will be hosting its annual Ventura County Economic Forecast, which includes an economic outlook for our region, the state, and the United States. In addition to our own Matthew Fienup, the event will feature keynote speaker Anthony Bradley, PhD., Distinguished Research Fellow at the Acton Institute. Before joining the Acton Institute, he was Professor and Director of the Center for the Study of Human Flourishing at The King's College in New York City. Dr. Bradley is a prolific writer who addresses the intersection of economic and cultural issues. He has written more than a dozen books and has appeared on CNN, Fox News, C-SPAN and NPR.
