At the California Association of REALTORS® recent Annual Expo and Conference titled "Looking Ahead at 2026 with Top Economic Experts", Matthew Fienup (Executive Director, Center for Economic Research and Forecasting) presented important data on the housing crisis in our region and engaged in a panel discussion with Niree Kodaverdian (Beacon Economics), Michael Falk (California Association of Realtors), and Stephanie Hawke (Terner Center for Housing Innovation, UC Berkeley).
