Welcoming New Faculty Member, Tracy Nickl!
A very warm welcome to our newest faculty colleague in the marketing, Tracy Nickl. Tracy is currently finalizing her Ph.D. at the University of Antwerp in Belgium and the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), in Austria. She is a senior business executive with 30+ years of experience in the financial and healthcare industries. She earned her B.S. in Mathematics and Management from Simmons University and her MBA from Boston College. She recently completed a college teaching program to evolve her teaching and mentoring skills for first-generation and diverse college students, which she became passionate about after participating in a mentoring program with KPMG and Stanford for first-generation STEM girls. Her research has been presented at the American Marketing Association Academic Conference and multiple European academic conferences, and she often guest lectures on personal branding.
