RKS and PA-AI at SOMl!
We’re pleased to announce a new collaboration between SPM Dean's Executive Council member Ravi Sawhney's new venture PA-AI and our MBA program — the first university to integrate PA-AI into its curriculum. Under the leadership of our colleague Setayesh Sattari, MBA candidates will work with what Ravi calls the Human Intelligence Layer. PA-AI is the first Human Intelligence Layer designed to guide and govern how artificial intelligence is applied in product, business, and innovation decisions — where human perception, emotion, and trust ultimately determine success. Built on more than 45 years of validated Psycho-Aesthetics® research, PA-AI translates human behavior, aspiration, and emotional drivers into strategic intelligence that serves as a co-pilot for teams and stakeholders. The platform analyzes opportunities, aligns teams and perspectives, and helps build comprehensive innovation and business strategies that guide ideas toward successful outcomes. By integrating human insight into AI-driven development, PA-AI helps reduce failure risk, accelerate market adoption, and direct the creation of products, services, and experiences that resonate more deeply with people. We look forward to seeing this cooperation unfold as our students begin to apply this framework in real world business and innovation contexts as part of a pilot initiative within our MBA curriculum. This collaboration will provide an opportunity to explore how the approach can be effectively integrated into future course design and student learning experiences.
