Welcoming New Staff Member, Hana Petr
A warm welcome to our newest staff member, Hana Petr. Hana has recently joined us as an Administrative Assistant, serving our undergraduate majors from her office in Peters Hall. She was born in the Czech Republic, but moved to Germany when she was 20 in order to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Informatics. After graduation in 2008, she worked in different roles for several IT companies, where she did, among others, fascinating work related to forensics at police departments. Before coming to the US, Hana and her husband lived in Dresden (Germany). She is an avid biker, loves to snowboard, swim, standup paddle, play tennis and garden, and she speaks both Czech and German fluently. Drop by Peters Hall and say hello!
