10th Annual Executive Talent Management Forum is in the bag!
On September 25, we welcomed about 80 guests to our tenth annual Executive Talent Management Forum. Talent and Human Resources professionals from companies, government, and non-profit organizations engaged with this year's topic "Talent Mobility and Workforce Agility - Preparing for Uncertain Futures". After Vlad Vaiman's keynote lecture, Ixora Aristigueta-Becerra of The Sobrato Organization presented very practical insights into how they are working through a multi-year plan to increase employee agility. After a networking break, double alumnus, SOM Advisory Council Member and Executive-in-Residence Primo Custodio moderated an exciting panel with Ixora Aristigueta-Becerra, Bruce Stenslie (EDC), Kristin Decas (Port of Hueneme) and Gabriella Sherman (Los Robles). Thanks go to organizers Vlad Vaiman and Rosie Baker as well as staff members Aly Castillo, Hana Petr, and Pia Valtierra.
