Faculty member, Bruce Gillies is Accepted into the Navy’s Summer Faculty Research Program
Our faculty colleague Bruce Gillies was recently accepted into the Navy's Summer Faculty Research Program. Over the summer months, he will assist the Navy with an assessment of the organizational culture and consult on recommendations for a change management program. Before joining academe, Professor Gillies has had 22 years of active duty in the Navy himself, spending time on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, engine rooms on destroyers, and several years in human resources, retiring in 2000 as a Master Chief (E9). Congratulations Bruce!
