Cal Lutheran School of Management Holds Annual Sustainable Development Goals Competition

On December 3, our Sports Management program held its annual Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Competition. Expertly organized and moderated by program director Mark Orlando and his students, three teams of finalists competed in front of a packed audience at the Lundring Events Center. Judges Nick Bermensolo (Vice President Security at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park), Edward Egros (Sports Analytics Expert for Bally's Sports West), Evan Flagg (Founder & CEO of Reach Capacity),  Kaylee Guzman (Coordinator, Premium Service and Operations at Los Angeles Rams),  Zach Hedges (Manager, LUX Sales at Los Angeles Chargers), Aliyah Navarro (Digital Marketing Coordinator at Los Angeles Lakers), Steve Potts (Former Director of Athletics at Pepperdine University), Josh Rosen (Founder and CEO at TRG Sports & Entertainment), Sierra Scali (Manager, FAST Programming & Content Distribution at the National Football League), Artis Twyman (Vice President of Communications at Los Angeles Rams), and Adam Valencia (Director of Programs & Staff Development for Young Athletes for Christ) awarded the team of students Savana Durr and Jackson Stevens first prize for their outstanding performance.
