Senior Adjunct Professor becomes Interim Director of MSIT program

Senior adjunct professor Earle Charles will serve as the Interim Director of the Masters in Information Technology (MSIT) program beginning January 2022 due to current director, Paul Witman, going on sabbatical. Earle’s career in private industry, he has served as a senior leader in organizations such as, among others, Kedren Health, Bauerer International, Unicom Systems International, The Paragon Collection, where he has focused on healthcare practices, sustainable environmental operations, and information technologies for business alignment. He has been teaching as an adjunct and senior adjunct professor in the School of Management’s MPPA, MSIT, and MBA programs for several years. Outside of Cal Lutheran, Earle is also involved with the Valley Youth Conference, Inc. (VYC) , a private nonprofit organization and LAMP, an organization that focuses on preparing young men of color for the business world. Earle has an Executive MBA from the Drucker School of Management and has acquired a Ph. D. in Economics from Berne University in the 1990s. Learn more about Charles here.
