Accounting program holds “Careers in Accounting” event
The Accounting program hosted a lunch time event on "Careers in Accounting" that was attended by almost 50 students including non-Accounting majors. Alumni Melinda Hallinan '08 (CBIZ) and Michael Millar '14 (Deloitte) were joined by Michele Jones (Patagonia) on a panel that was moderated by Accounting faculty member Kyle McIntosh. The panelists not only shared their own stories, but also provided valuable insights into the broad variety of possible career paths that Accounting majors can take, and willingly answered questions from an engaged student audience.
